Hi
I live in sweden an have bought the new t7 ocean and have a problem with which bottle to fit.we dont have the 907 in sweden and the only one i can see who fits is the bottle 2006.
My question is do i have to change the original regulator or can i use it with propane, maybe i need an adaptor/anders
Ps the dealers in sweden have no clue

Do you have a separate tap and regulator? As previous models of the California did.
If so, the regulator would be fine you would just need an adapter to fit tap to bottle or a replacement tap + regulator for the gas bottle.
You might be lucky and the tap fits the bottle , but don't force it to fit. Should go on by hand if it is going to fit.

If you can find an adapter for the tap or a different tap you are good to go. Otherwise a replacement tap + regulator for new bottle.

The silver adaptor is an absolute pita to try and remove from the new Cali.

The Brass one however is not - we tried campinggaz 907. But it’s pretty sketchy getting it in and out so downsized to the 904 to ensure it fits better (the hose and regulator get in the way and if you don’t use the canister attachment provided it moves around quite a bit and loosens/leaks )

can you import butane at all in Sweden? I know it’s mostly propane there. But swapping the regulator and fitting would probably need a gas safe fitter to be 100% (why take risks with your life when you don’t need to) for the sake of a small amount of cash.

Propane regulators are standard fitting and the hose is smaller than the butane - so would need an adaptor for that. Can you find your local gas seller and contact them? (Here in uk it’s usually calor)

Figured out the solution, the 2006 bottle fits and you have to put something under it so you can tighten it
