Magnetic midge screens for side doors and for the pop top vents that don’t really have a pretty solution other than masking tape a midge net on (I don’t want to be eaten when the midges arrive in Scotland)

Marmite is the Answer! Midges hate it, I love it, the midges eat everyone else!

> When I applied the marmite to my face and body it stopped the midges, but I had to sleep outside on the ground as I wasn't allowed back in the van and had a rather troubling conversation with the Police as there was a Black Lives Matter march going on and they thought I was being offensive.

I used to use burnt cork to black up....far less irritation than camouflage cream which attracted midges from everywhere.
Avon skin so soft is what the forestry commission apply externally, it works well. We can see the west coast of southern scotland from here and there are clouds of the little buggers around the pond every morning and evening.
