California Chris on YouTube demonstrated that setup I think, it works, you just have to be careful on the corner of the bed near the fridge as it extends out beyond the support so sitting on the corner isn't stable [California Chris](https://youtu.be/dOK4eLGXl6c?si=ks_h4G1wOYYvvNcY) --- ### — 2025-09-02T15:23:25+0200 (Sep 2, 2025) Been there and done that with my daughters in the Beach! Welsh gas is right, your daughter really isn’t trying hard enough to completely fill the van. Room for several more IKEA bags of clothes / shoes / booze there! I’ve got a new beach which allows you to take the middle seat out too and offers even more space if you are happy with the rear pull out stove --- ### T — 2025-09-08T10:38:42+0200 (Sep 8, 2025) Brings back memories when we did the same for our daughter - amazing, adaptable vehicle. She went into ‘Halls’ for the first year then moved into rented accommodation with uni mates. She actually moved x3 times. The properties weren’t always available on the day of moving out so we used a drive away awning to temporarily store the ever increasing pile and she slept in the camper with us until we decanted back into the van to move her back in.
