We own a Ocean Phev and there seems to be a way to manualy start the petrol engine when stationary. When we bought the car it was demonstrated to us, but we can’t seem to replicate the procedure. It was advised when you are not on campsite hookup to support the battery. Can’t find it in the manual. Anyone here that knows how?

I saw a post on another thread where someone said they had done this by holding down the brake and accelerator pedals when pushing start. Havent tried it myself though...

Hi, if you start the car ( start button+brake) , starter battery and camper battery will be charged from the hibryd battery ( petrol engine off). Regards.
