Hi
When our tow bar bike rack is fitted and we have some luggage in the back we keep getting flashed by on coming traffic to indicate our light are too high on Low beam...,Is there any adjustments we can do or is it a fault with the self levelling sensor? Has anyone else come across this?

There’s possibly a thumb wheel on the dashboard, by your right knee, or if they’re self levelling you can often set the level via an OBD11 dongle, ( like carrista ) and it’s app. Load up the vehicle and park on a level surface and the lights will use that datum when you do the adjustment.

Which model T7 do you have? Ocean has self levelling matrix led headlights which are intelligent. They monitor incoming traffic and adjust so as not to cause dazzle. Never had anyone flash us fully laden this winter.

I think the Coast and Beach don't have this unless picked as an option. Manual states that the range control is in the infotainment system under vehicle-headlights-headlight range control.

Try the range control from the infotainment system. We normally have our headlights on auto dip which may make a difference.

Every day is a learning day with a new vehicle. I tried the self park function yesterday in town and it worked well.

Just read the manual again. This is not applicable to the matrix headlights. It informs you to contact an approved workshop if not levelling properly.
